• Donations will support Apnalaya’s relief and feeding operations. Any excess funds will support child nutrition programs.
• To know who governs the organization and expect responsible stewardship.
• To access the organization’s latest financial statements.
• To receive appropriate recognition and acknowledgment.
• To expect that their information will be handled respectfully and confidentially, as allowed by law.
• To be informed about the status of the individuals or entities soliciting donations (volunteers, employees, or contractors).

Donation Refund Policy

Apnalaya follows a transparent refund policy to ensure donor satisfaction. In the rare event of an erroneous deduction or a donor-initiated cancellation, Apnalaya will process refunds within 7 working days of receiving a written request and proof of transaction.

• Refund requests must be submitted within two days of donation.
• If a receipt has been issued, it must be returned.
• Refunds cannot be processed once a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
• International donation refunds may require additional time.
